Using a VPN can sometimes trigger the DR 1100 error because Disney+ Hotstar restricts access from certain IP addresses. Disconnect your VPN and try again. If you need to use a VPN, try connecting to a server location closer to your actual location or a server known to work with Disney+ Hotstar.
