What if I recently changed my Epic Games password and am now getting error II-E1003?

If you recently changed your password, the Epic Games Launcher might still be using the old credentials. Completely close the launcher (including from the system tray), then reopen it and try logging in with your new password. Clearing the cache as described previously can also help.
