Go to Device Manager (search for it in the Windows search bar). Expand 'Printers' or 'Print queues'. Right-click on your printer and select 'Update driver'. Choose 'Search automatically for drivers'. If that doesn't work, visit the printer manufacturer's website and download the latest PCL XL driver specifically for your printer model and Windows 10/11 version.
