The statue is 36 feet tall because the shadow is 3 times bigger than the shadow on the 12 feet person which makes is 3 *12=36

I believe the statue would be 28 feet tall.

Here is why

Kris's shadow is four feet smaller than Kris's actual height.

Using the same problem such as x - 4 = 24.   With x being the statue's height,

28 - 4 = 24

So the statues's height is 28 feet tall
