My printer shows as offline in Windows 11, even though it's on. What's the solution?

In 'Printers & scanners' in Windows 11 Settings, click on your printer. If it says 'Offline', click 'Open print queue'. In the queue window, go to the 'Printer' menu and uncheck 'Use Printer Offline'. If this option isn't available, restart the 'Print Spooler' service (search for 'Services', find 'Print Spooler', right-click, and select 'Restart').
