To restart the Print Spooler, press Win + R, type 'services.msc', and press Enter. Locate 'Print Spooler' in the list, right-click it, and select 'Restart'. If it's not running, select 'Start'. If the problem persists, right-click 'Print Spooler', select 'Properties', go to the 'Recovery' tab, and set the first two errors to 'Restart the Service'. This can automatically resolve temporary spooler issues.
