How can I check my disk space to rule out a space issue?

Navigate to your computer's File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (macOS). Check the available space on the drive where FFXIV is installed and where the game's downloads are stored. You need at least 20GB of free space, but more is recommended for future updates and expansions. If space is low, delete unnecessary files or move them to another drive.
